As we are literally a one stop shop for many different applications, our warranty varies per product line. 

• Our trays, canopies and tool boxes come with a 2 year warranty
• Our suspension lift Kits come with a 5 year unlimited kilometre warranty
• Our alloy wheels come with a 3 year unlimited kilometre warranty.

Why would you want steel? The longevity of aluminium is the best of any metals on the market, all TUS aluminium products are made of high grade aluminium.

Yes we can arrange custom powder coating in a range of colours. Custom powder coating is more expensive than our range of white and black as it is done locally. Custom powder coating may not be an exact match to your vehicles colour due to different materials and age between application and lead times may vary, please use the contact us form to ask about powder coating in your desired colour.

Whilst TUS is a relatively new business, the work which has gone into our products and development goes back well before TUS hit the market.  We have a huge range of products of different dimensions, styles and applications.  Therefore we do not do specific custom designs, however we always have new designs in the works so please use the contact us form if you are after something specific.

Why would you want to do that?  Just let us know you need some wheels whilst your car is in for fitment by ticking the “free loan vehicle” box at checkout and we will give you our TUS loan vehicle complete with tray, tool boxes and ladder rack at no charge.  Conditions and Insurance excess applies.

TUS currently has fitment locations in Melbourne and in coming months locations in NSW and QLD.  We offer delivery Melbourne metro and outside Melbourne can discuss alternate ways to get the products to you – please use the contact us form to get in touch.

Due to the size of some of our products, delivery for canopies and service bodies is not possible. These items require pick-up option or fitted option only.

TUS has a 7 day money back return policy, please read our terms and conditions around our return policy.

All TUS trays are engineered and designed to carry a load of up to 2,000KG to the maximum of your vehicles load capacity.  Most vehicles are rated far less than 2,000KG so please check your vehicles owners manual for capacities and safe loading
instructions.

BLIS is a relatively new feature to the ute segment, whilst many competitors advertise full functionality with factory BLIS features, we believe there is still significant engineering for the industry to be able to fully commit to full BLIS integration after tray fitment.  We are therefore upfront disclosing that we cannot commit to BLIS functioning when a TUS tray is fitted.  Please use the contact us form and list your vehicle make, model and year and we will contact you for discussions prior to fitment.

Yes – we work with all manufacturers and ensure your reverse sensors will function correctly after our TUS tray/canopy is fitted.  Please note, reverse sensor relocation and hardware is not included in the standard tray fitment price.  When checking out please select reverse sensor relocation and we will contact you for pricing (make/model dependent).

TUS works with a range of Dealers right across the Eastern seaboard.  We stand by our products and our relationships and wouldn’t be able to do so if our products were substandard or over-priced.  All our products have a 7 day return policy and our minimum warranty is 2 years and some of our products have a 5 year unlimited kilometre warranty.  Test us versus the competition and you will see for yourself.

No – unlike other suppliers/installers, all our TUS products are our products fitted by us.  You can select anything on our website and choose the fitted option, we will book your vehicle in once and even arrange a loan vehicle to keep you on the job whilst your cars being turned into the ultimate work vehicle.
